Continuing its tradition of excellence, the brand has partnered with the International Service and Taste Academy (USLA) to launch the “Chocolate Class”, bringing together chocolate lovers through engaging workshops and educational programs.

Organized in collaboration with Melodi Chocolate, these classes welcome participants of all ages — from professionals to amateurs, from young enthusiasts to children — offering a unique opportunity to explore the magical world of chocolate. All couverture, chocolate drops, cocoa, and other pastry products used in the Chocolate Class are made from high-quality cocoa beans and 100% natural ingredients by Melodi Chocolate.

Held at USLA Kanyon, the workshops and training sessions provide an inspiring hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment. Each program is carefully prepared and led by expert instructors, ensuring both educational value and enjoyment.


Highlights from the Program:

  • First Step to the Kitchen – Chocolate Training (4 Weeks):
  • A comprehensive program covering the history and types of chocolate, tempering techniques, coloring, and various chocolate-making methods.
  • Little Chefs Chocolate Workshop (Ages 5–9):
  • A fun and creative activity designed for children, who attend with an accompanying adult, to enhance creativity and fine motor skills.
  • Young Chefs Chocolate Workshop (Ages 14–17):
  • A dynamic workshop where teens can learn the basics of chocolate making while having fun.
  • Chocolate: Inspired by Nature:
  • A creative session where nature’s flavors meet the art of chocolate making.

Throughout all sessions, participants craft their own handmade chocolates using Melodi Chocolate’s premium couverture and specialty products.
