Melodi Chocolate at IBAKTECH Fair

One of Türkiye’s well-established chocolate producers, Melodi Chocolate, will take part in the 15th IBAKTECH Fair, which will be held at the Istanbul Expo Center from October 14–17. Held biennially, IBAKTECH – the International Bakery, Pastry, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technologies Fair – is regarded as one of the leading meeting points for professionals in the industry.

A preferred choice of bakeries, chefs, and HORECA professionals since 1957, Melodi Chocolate will bring its industrial chocolate products, pastry solutions, and extensive range of chocolates together with industry professionals at the fair.
